Policies

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments scheduled. No shows or cancellations less than 2 hours beforehand are expected to pay 100%. If 3-22 hours notice is given, a 50% payment is due.

If Jaina must cancel a client appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a discount of 50% or 100% will be offered for the rescheduled appointment based upon the time frames above.

Payment forms accepted are cash, or bank transfer prior to the appointment.

Hirai Healing cannot accept health insurance or prescriptions.

All Hirai Healing massages are professional and non-sexual.
